Peanut oil is very stable with a smoke point of ( 437°F / 225°C), which makes it a safe choice for deep frying.

Coconut oil

Cooking with Coconut OIl will raise (LDL) bad Cholesterol. It is however best suited for Oral health such as Oil Pulling.

Oil Pulling: Swish 1 tablespoon around in your mouth for 10–20 minutes, then spit it out to help reduce oral bacteria and improve gum health.

OMEGA-3 is naturally available in Salmon, Sardine, Tuna, Herring
