PROBLEM: blurry vision

Solutions:
1 ) Adjust the distance with the bullets provided.
Use (1) bullet if your reading glasses # =1
Use (2) bullets if your reading glasses# =2
 (See sample)

2) Use your own glasses with the R-Headset

PROBLEM: Image not clear
Reason: Internet is too slow, therefore the image is re-adjusted to the lowest possible resolution.

Solutions:
Get out of the double screen using x or < (iphone)
1) Touch the screen once
2) Touch the vertical dots
3) Select image quality
We suggest, 1080. The higher the resolution, the better the quality.
If it is too slow, select 720.

Note: The speed of your internet depends on (data) traffic in your area (not just your internet speed)  Accessing images at a lower traffic time, will provide a better viewing experience.
