Potassium ?

Potassium helps the heart – the nerves – and the muscles to work properly. It also lowers blood pressure.

Most Vegetables are High in Potassium. Kidney patients can lower the potassium level by cutting them into small pieces – and let them soak for at least (2) hours.

Too much potassium may lead to Heart attack
