1- Exercise (Walk 30 – 45 minute daily)
2 – Eat (protein – Vegetable – less Startch )
3 – If you have…check your insulin level (every day)

What to eat
Eat MORE fruits and Vegetable – moderate protein and LESS Carbohydates.
For Carbohydates eat (whole, and Multi grain)

What to avoid
Do not eat White Bread, White Rice, White Potato. Instead eat Whole Wheat and Multi Grain.
